George is an unknown mix but due to his size and deafness, it is possible he is a Dogo Argentino mix or maybe a boxer mix, or maybe just a good ol' American shelter dog mix :)
George is fully deaf but oh so smart! He has learned 3 different signs already and is learning more every day; he is currently working on fetch and return and doing great! He walks well on a leash but can pull a bit when he is excited or sees something interesting. He is the cutest little people watcher on walks and loves to just sit and watch the world go by. George has done great with other dog intros and has met a few cats but is quite intimidated by them.
The best thing about George is when he sees you from a distance away and you smile at him and he comes bounding over because he knows he is going to get love!
He is fully crate training and house trained but at only 6 months old, he is still a puppy and requires supervision. George is looking for a home that likes to smile, laugh, and be goofy like him but also a home willing to devote the time and energy to him to become the amazing adult dog he has the potential to be.
