Meet Gentle Ben
Meet Gentle Ben!
This gorgeous, gentle boy loves to go for walks, and he's very good on a leash! Although he doesn't pull on the leash, he does sometimes stop abruptly and has to be coaxed to get going again. Ben has a lot of enthusiasm and he doesn't really expect love, but when he feels loved, he is very affectionate in return!
We rescued him from certain euthanasia in GA, and sent him off to his foster home, where they discovered what a wonderful temperament he has! He does have some energy when he gets excited, which we believe is left over from his puppy days. Fending for himself as a stray, he probably never got to experience the true joy of being a puppy. Now that he knows he's safe, he is feeling much enthusiasm and gratitude!
Gentle Ben is about 2 years old, weighs 60 lbs, has all of his required vaccines, and is neutered and microchipped.
We just have to reiterate that he has the sweetest temperament!!! He would likely be best with an adult only home, as he is very strong.
