Genevieve (Vivi)'s Story

Hi, I'm Genevieve—Vivi for short! My mom was rescued from a rural Utah shelter and gave birth to me and my 11 siblings on March 22, 2026. Now I'm 3 months old and more than ready to find a forever home of my own!

I'm a sweet, gentle puppy with a huge heart and so much love to give. I can be a little shy when I first meet new people, but once I know I'm safe, my loving, playful personality shines through. My foster family says I'm incredibly smart, eager to learn, and the kind of puppy who forms a special bond with her people.

I'm happiest when I'm close to my favorite humans. I'll happily follow you from room to room, making sure I don't miss a thing! I love playing outside with my foster brother, and my Labrador side definitely comes out when it's time to play fetch. Squeaky toys, chew bones, belly rubs, and sunny afternoon naps are some of my favorite things.

I have a wonderful balance of playful puppy energy and cuddle time. I'm very affectionate, sleep peacefully through the night in my crate, and I'm doing an amazing job with potty training—I'm almost 100% there!

One of my cutest little quirks is my adorable head tilt. I'll look up at you with my big brown eyes as if I'm listening to every single word you say, and it's guaranteed to melt your heart.

I get along well with other dogs, have done wonderfully with cats, and have the potential to do well with respectful children when introduced appropriately.

Fun DNA Fact: I'm a Labrador Retriever, Siberian Husky, Australian Cattle Dog, and Alaskan Malamute mix! While my DNA tells part of my story, I'm excited to keep discovering the unique puppy I'm growing up to be.

My adoption donation is $400, plus a refundable $100 deposit once you provide proof of spay/neuter. Please note: All Arctic Rescue dogs are marked “Needs Experienced Adopter.” Northern breeds like me often have higher exercise, training, and care needs. If you’re new to Huskies or similar breeds, we highly recommend doing a bit of research before applying. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply to adopt me today!
