General's Story

Welcome General to CCPAL Rescue. He is a 6 pound Chihuahua mixed with mini schnauzer. He has the look of the Chihuahua more than the schnauzer momma. He should be 10 pounds or less full grown. His mom looks exactly like a high mixed schnauzer. General is flat coated and while he likes being held, he is playful. He is crate trained, good with his siblings, good in a car and uses potty pads. He isn’t overly vocal and is the more assertive in his pack. He has a tough stance but he is a marshmellow. He is not a shedder at all that we can see. His coat is soft and flat and the schnauzer in him will make him less of a shedding dog as he grows up. He would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older, due to his small size. Puppies are best with someone not working all day everyday. He needs time with his human and time to finish up his puppy training. He is small enough and social, so he would be a good one to take places with you. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 400 and transport is 200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states.

Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions.
