Meet Gene Simmons, a pug born approx 4/15/22. Gene is a sweet dog and well behaved. He is mostly calm and rarely<br/>barks but does reverse sneeze from time to time. He has only been put in his kennel once while we've had him, and<br/>he went in no problem, although he did whine and fuss when we left. He<br/><br/>likes to chew on things but can be directed to just chew on his chew toys.<br/>He is well behaved on walks. If we pass by a person, he ignores them. If<br/>we pass by another dog, he is curious but does not get excited or<br/><br/>aggressive. He has not been around kids or cats.<br/>He does not seem to know any commands, but is learning "sit" and "come". He is also doing well on his potty training.<br/>He loves to be scratched. He cannot wait to find his forever family!<br/><br/>Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue.
