Geegi's Story

Adoptable in: MA, RI, NH, CT, and VT

Good with dogs: Yes
Good with cats: Yes, dog savvy cats
Good with kids: Yes, dog savvy children
Crate trained: Yes
House trained: Yes

Geegi is a happy, fun-loving gentle giant with a heart of gold and a tongue that will leave a slobbery trail across your face before you even see it coming. She is a medium energy gal who loves a good romp in the yard or a walk where she can pick up sticks and leaves to carry along, and then she is more than happy to attempt to be a lap dog for the rest of the evening. She is looking for a home ready to embrace every goofy, lovable inch of her.

Geegi adores other dogs and was an absolute rockstar fostering ten different puppies, letting them climb all over her, steal her toys, and cuddle up for naps. She does best with dogs who can hold their own, as she does not quite understand her size yet. She briefly encountered a cat and retreated respectfully when the cat set a boundary, so a dog-savvy cat could do well with her. She has been around kids ages seven and nine and done great with them, and would do best with dog-savvy kids who can give her a little extra space given her size and enthusiasm.

Geegi is a sweet, social girl who settles into her crate throughout the day and overnight without any issues. She is fully house trained on a consistent daily routine. She is improving her leash manners and would benefit from a strong, confident handler who can help her stay focused when she spots a new friend she wants to say hello to.

This giant goober deserves the whole world and will give you every slobbery, clumsy, hilarious bit of herself in return. Could Geegi be the one for you?

Please Note: All dogs are posted on our website until they are officially adopted. This dog may have other interested adopters in line.
