Meet Gator<br/><br/>Gator is a 2 year old Shetland Sheepdog mix. He is ready to find his furever family!<br/><br/>Gator is up to date on all age appropriate vaccines, deworming, prevention, and is neutered. He is ready to go home! Gator came to us from Evansville Animal Care & Control (Official) where he was found as a stray. Because of that, we don't know much about his past. But he has been nothing but a delight here at the shelter!<br/><br/>If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application on our website, warrickhumanesociety.org/adoption. Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received. Warrick Humane Society's Adoption Policy
The Warrick Humane Society is a no-kill organization. Once an animal is rescued by WHS, it is saved for life. We will not release an animal to another organization that has a policy of euthanasia. In addition, we will only place animals with qualified prospective owners. We do not adopt out dogs or cats that will be kept outside. We only want loving indoor homes for our pets.  We do thorough checks on all of our potential adopters before sending them to their fur-ever home. We also require that if you adopt a pet from us and are no longer able to keep it that it be returned to us, so that we can find it a new home.
