Gary "the Great White" 's Story
**GARY is a manager approval adoption due to breed restrictions. He can be played with during the week and on the weekends, but an adoption can ONLY be finalized Tuesday-Friday from 1 to 4. Please contact us with any questions.**<br/><br/>Meet Gary "the Great White"! <br/><br/>No need to fear the waters... the only thing dangerous about Gary is how fast he'll steal your heart! This 95lb purebred Pit Bull is a 3 year old neutered gentle giant with a HUGE personality and even a bigger heart. <br/><br/>Gary may look like a "Great White", but underneath that big boy appearance is an emotional, playful sweetheart who just wants love and reassurance. If he senses you're nervous, he gets nervous too- but once he knows he's safe, his goofy and lovable personality shines brighter than the ocean sun. When he's sad or wants attention, he's not afraid to tell you about it either.. this boy is definitely vocal! <br/><br/>Gary loves toys and playtime, but fair warning: if he gets bored in his kennel, his toys may not survive the shark attack. He rides well in the car, knows basic commands, and does fairly well on walks for as big as he is, he only pulls slightly. <br/><br/>It was reported that he gets along with other dogs, cats, and children. however we require a meet and greet prior to adoption to be sure he is the perfect fit for the whole family. <br/><br/>-- This handsome boy has quite a few scars from a past we sadly know very little about. Gary was found dumped near a farm off the interstate and thankfully brought to safety. Despite whatever he's been through, he still has so much love left to give. <br/>Because of his large size and energy, Gary will need a home with plenty of room to stretch his legs and play comfortably. He may possibly be housetrained as well because of how great he is with us. <br/><br/>Gary isn't looking for a perfect home- he's looking for someone willing to see beyond the scars and love the giant softie beneath them.
