Gary's Story
**WE DO NOT RESPOND TO APPLICATIONS MADE ON PETFINDER. YOU MUST APPLY ON OUR LINK WHICH IS BELOW**

Gary is a 1-year-old, 12-pound Cairn Terrier mix with a sweet, gentle, and very easygoing personality. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs. While he hasn’t been tested with cats or kids yet, his foster believes he would likely do well because he’s such a gentle-natured little guy. He loves being close to his person and isn’t a fan of the crate — he would much rather be near his humans.

Gary was found wandering as a stray with a collar that had been placed on him when he was just a tiny puppy — and never loosened. By the time he was rescued, the collar had become deeply embedded in his neck and required surgery to remove. Today, Gary is fully healed and ready for his forever home.

He’s almost house-trained and would thrive with someone who has the time and patience to continue basic training. He would especially love a fenced yard, a canine friend, and an adopter who will include him in their adventures.

Gary is neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated, dewormed, and heartworm negative. After everything he’s survived, Gary remains a content, easygoing dog who truly deserves the very best.

If interested, please apply here: https://tinyurl.com/4u3tuy5c
-Due to the high volume of applications, our Adoption Coordinator will only contact the applicant that best meets the needs of the pet.
