Gary's Story

Gary came to wescue from an area shelter. He was one of 20ish dogs that arrived together at the shelter from the same home. When Gary and 7 of his furry friends arrived at wescue we weren't sure what to expect, but we were up to the challenge. They became the Golfers since it was Masters weekend. Gary quickly won the hearts of volunteers with his goofy personality and go go go attitude. Gary loves people and does well with other dogs in his foster home. His crate training has come a long way and could use a little patience as he works on his housebreaking. Gary gets soooooo excited to see a leash for walk time even if he is still mastering the concept of walking in a straight line. Right now, circles are what he knows.

Age: 7 years old
Weight: 22 lbs
Dogs: Ok
Cats: Unknown
Children: Ok

Gary has been vaccinated, neutered, had a dental and is microchipped. His adoption donation is $400 and includes, 6 months’ heartworm preventative, prepaid lifetime premium microchip registration, and safety harness

If you are interested in meeting and/or adopting Gary, please apply online at wsrh.com

Please do NOT send inquiries via Adopt A Pet or PetFinder as we are a small rescue and cannot handle a large number of inquiries.
