Garvin Thomas is a senior snuggle who can often be found partnered up with another poodle to share a bed and some cuddles (of course, he may be willing to share with other mutts, but we've only seen the poodles!). Garvin is a mellow guy who might like living with a doggy sibling, but, if you insist on spoiling him as your one and only, he'd be happy to accept. Garvin has no teeth, but that's not a problem - if there's a will, there's a way, and he WILL eat all of the treats. If you're looking for a curly white ball of fluff who wants nothing more than love and consistent nap times, Garvin is the guy for you!<br/><br/>Here's some notes from his foster: <br/><br/>Garvin Thomas is a wonderfully sweet, affectionate pup who loves to cuddle with both human and fellow pups alike! His appetite is great (eats both JFFD beef and chicken) and loves cheese and peanut butter snacks. Should he continue to need meds, he takes them no problem! Garvin is a mellow fellow who loves to snooze between his meals, walks, and following his human around the home. <br/><br/>As for car rides, he does fine but prefers to be in a lap! Despite being a senior he can handle short flights of stairs on the regular. On walks he has been polite walking by other pups and doesn't pull -- what a gentleman! His hearing and vision are decent. After 1-2 days he figured out where he is supposed to potty and doesn't need to go very often. His funny quirk: once or twice a day he lets out a singular silly bark for seemingly fo no reason.<br/><br/>He is a wonderful pup that is all about his chosen person. He will bond quickly and just wants to be with his person 24/7. He is a sweet snuggler that tucks his head and body next to you. He likes having r likely because he is used to being with his siblings that he arrived with. He is curious, likes other dogs and people. Cat tested and is totally chill with them. He even ate dinner next to two cats. Completely non reactive. <br/><br/>This guy is also Potty trained, has great hearing and vision for his age, and his sniffer is on point. He is an extremely polite fella and his one job is to please you! Anyone would be so lucky to take this boy home!
