Meet Garfield!<br/><br/>Garfield aka Gary is a male, shih-tzu and born March 2024! Before coming to B&B this little guy was found as a stray, with fur so bad he was quickly given a shave down, but he is still just happy and smiling! He is friendly, polite, and loves other dogs! This spunky guy loves to play a little game of tug and keep away with his favorite stuffy toys! Garfield is not a fan of the cold and prefers a nice warm spot on the couch! He is very food motivated and his favorite little treat is cheese! He is working on his potty/crate training and doing well!<br/><br/>He is being fostered in Richmond, VA and is up to date on vaccinations and monthly preventatives. His adoption fee is $375 and covers the cost of age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip, and his upcoming neuter. He will require an owner committed to continued training and socialization. We require a completed adoption application to move forward with adoption.<br/><br/>Beagles and Bentleys has an across-the-board evaluative process that we apply to every application we review that prioritizes our animals in need. We conduct a vet reference check (all resident dogs must be altered/up to date on dhpp/rabies and monthly preventatives) and a virtual home visit call where we discuss the adoption process and see your home.
