Gambino's Story

***UPDATE***: GAMBINO IS ADOPTED AND IS LIVING HIS BEST LIFE, SPOILED ROTTEN WITH A LOVING NEW MOTHER!!! We are so very thankful for Gambino getting a great home!

Oh for crying out loud I just wrote a huge bio and Petfinder didn't upload it. Here is GAMBINO, also could well be called Romeo or the Hamburglar, but Gambino it is for now! He is ADORABLE!!!! Cute little gentleman, frisky, once he knows you he loves you but can be hesitant at first! He jumps and skips out of his kennel when it is time to take a walk! He was very scared at first when he came here, he had been found on the side of the highway, and was terrified of a leash. He will still sometimes let out a loud "yelp" if he is being pulled in a direction he does not want to go in, or maybe just afraid of being pulled hard, or something. We don't really know why. (Vet checked him out so no slipped disc in neck or anything like that). So we are not totally sure why he does that, but he hardly does it anymore since he has been here and received the love and care he has with us. This boy NEEDS to be in a home! He is loyal, a faithful little companion who greets every morning with a happy wiggly dance! He is excellently housetrained and crate trained. Just adorable and looks as if he would like to wear a little bow tie. This young man has his whole life ahead of him, is he the perfect new family member to add into your life? He deserves the best - to be spoiled and pampered, not left alone to wander loose and get in the road. He is not your run of the mill boy. PLEASE call / email us if you would like to meet this little GEM of a dog! [by the way he HATED having his picture taken. I think the phone freaked him out. He kept putting his ears flat back and looking terrified. Then acted normal again once we put the camera away!]
