Hello and welcome to Beacon Animal Rescue! Beacon’s mission is to rescue, shelter, and find loving homes for cats and dogs; to educate the community about responsible treatment of companion animals; and to promote the practice of spaying and neutering in a no-kill environment. All our dogs come spayed/ neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and medical records, along with a free wellness exam from our veterinary clinic within 30 days of adoption.

Are you looking for an out-of-this-world dog???? Look no further than Galaxy!!! This little 3 month old rockstar (sister to Gelato) absolutely loves to be held and enjoys massive amounts of hugs and kisses from anyone that will give them to her! Her specialities include attempting to eat rocks that look like treats and chasing after leaves in the wind in the yard. She is absolutely perfect in every way. Please adopt her before I do. She is expected to do well with new people and other dogs, and can be cat tested upon request.

If you have any dogs in the household already, we require a meet and greet between the pups to make sure they will get along! All dogs can be cat tested upon request as well, unless the dog has already been tested, which will be marked on their profile.
