G.I. Joe was rescued from Highlands County animal services. He came tonus severely dehydrated and emaciated. He definitely needs to put on some weight. We think he’s about 2 1/2 years old and right now he weighs 36 pounds. It’s really sad to see him the way he is. He’s a really sweet dog and just wants love..
