Meet FURLOUGH
Who wouldnt want a fluffy butt like this as their new best friend? Furlough came into the shelter as a stray on 1/18/24. At 30 lbs hes a dainty medium sized dog. Hes quite low maintenance. He enjoys attention and being pet, but hes just as happy to do his own thing too. Furlough walks well on a leash without pulling at all. He seems to know hes supposed to stay close by your side for this part. Loose in the play yard he feels more adventurous and loves to explore. He has a low to average energy level and doesnt need much in the way of exercise. Furlough already knows how to sit on command and will happily do so for a treat. He hasnt learned any other tricks yet, but with practice and love of treats hes sure to pick them up quickly. Hes also done well meeting other dogs in shelter.
