While I may look big and brave, I'm still a baby at heart and learning that the world isn't such a scary place.<br/><br/>When you first meet me, I can be a little shy and unsure, especially in my kennel. New people and new situations can make me nervous. But if you give me a little time, patience, and understanding, you'll start to see the sweet, gentle boy hiding beneath my cautious exterior. Once I'm outside and feeling more comfortable, my personality begins to shine!<br/><br/>As a growing Great Pyrenees pup, I will benefit from continued confidence building, positive socialization, and leash training. I'm looking for a family that understands that trust takes time and that every small victory deserves to be celebrated. Apply for this handsome boy today!!!<br/><br/>If interested in Frost, please apply online: ADOPTION APPLICATION or email us at: Info.FetchingHeartsRescue@gmail.com.<br/><br/>Unless otherwise indicated, all dogs adopted through Fetching Hearts have received the following before being available for adoption:<br/><br/>Thorough veterinary examination.<br/>All routine annual vaccinations, including<br/>Rabies, DHLPP<br/>Bordetella (Kennel Cough)<br/>Heartworm Test<br/>Fecal Test, Deworming<br/>Microchip<br/>Flea and Tick Prevention<br/>Heartworm Prevention.<br/>Spay/Neuter<br/>All dogs are quarantined for two weeks outside of the shelter (puppies four weeks) to ensure they don't break with disease.<br/><br/>VETTING NOTE: Fetching Hearts Rescue completely vets our dogs thoroughly to the best of our knowledge based on communication with our Southern Vets. If anything is brought to our attention, we treat the dog. After adopting the dog, you will be responsible for following up with all vetting going forward.<br/><br/>HEARTWORM NOTE: Dogs who were treated for Heartworm can test positive up to 4-6 months after last treatment. All dogs are immediately put on Heartguard/Ivermectin following the treatment to kill the Heartworm larvae. All dogs should be re-tested after 5-6 months from the last Heartworm treatment.
