Stop where you are! Fritz’s profile is exactly where you should be, for this little guy has a lot to offer.

Well-mannered, adorable, and SO VERY affectionate, Fritz has a lot of love to give. You’d never guess that this Chihuahua/Pug mix was found in a hoarding situation in Tennessee with over 50 other dogs, given how well he has adjusted to his foster home. Fritz is housebroken and does not need a crate, for he can be trusted not to chew on anything while you are gone. However, he will miss you like crazy, and will express his sadness by whining and barking. Fritz would much prefer someone who is home fairly frequently so that he can cuddle to his heart’s content. 

You could say that this 8-year-old is the king of cuddling— he is typically found either burrowed in a cozy blanket, snuggled up under the covers, or pressing his 13-pound body up against his human companions. He is sure to be on his backside, offering his belly for some good scratches and swatting you with his paws if you dare to stop. But don’t worry, in exchange for belly rubs you will get a copious amount of kisses and this little guy’s lifelong devotion.

In addition to cuddling, Fritz also enjoys going on walks, as well as spending time with the resident dogs in his foster home. He is not much of a toy dog… really all he needs for maximum happiness is a couple of cozy blankets to wrap himself up in!
