Meet Franklin! This sweet, drooly guy came into the shelter in the middle of July when his owner could no longer care for him. Franklin is an almost 2 year old bully mix, and that does come with the skin allergies that are typical of his breed. Hes been on a prescription diet while hes been here, as well as a prescription pill to manage his allergies. All that aside, Franklin is just a sweet guy looking for humans to keep him company.
