Meet Frankie
Frankie is a lovebug! He is a happy little guy who is full of personality, just like your typical chihuahua. He loves to be around his chosen person and other dogs and is fine with cats too! He likes to explore and is good on a leash. He would love to take walks and then come home and nap in your lap. He would love to cuddle up in the nook of your elbow most of all! He rarely barks and is potty trained. When in a new environment he does show some resource guarding until he is more comfortable, so he would do best in a home with adults or children over 16.
