Meet Frankie
Frankie is a great little 9 lb., 9 year old Chi-Doxie mix who is fun, lovable, and smart. He was a stray in So. CA, taken to a high kill shelter, and finally to a foster home in So. CA. He is now being fostered with a friend of mine in Springfield, OR who loves this little guy and knows he will make a wonderful companion to someone.
Frankie knows how to use a dog door, sleeps all night, and is just happy to be around his people or take naps.
