VC ***** AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION NOW ***** Intact male ~5 yrs. old 29 pounds Vaccines given 4-28-26 No microchip ALT ID# 4-27-26 2 5-1-26 sensitive at first but warms up and is friendly, healing from minor wounds that he had on intake, walks on leash 5/6/26- initially shy but warms up quickly. He loves treats, can be pet head to tail. Was playful only with ball he was not interested in stuffed toys. Very calm/relaxed pet. *****Animals are eligible for adoption by the public after their stray hold period. Rescues are permitted to pull NOW; animal is also legally available for euthanasia on this same date. AVAS will continue to follow the protocols in place for the health/safety of the animals in our care. The canine population currently in our care that are not showing symptoms will be posted on our website for public viewing. Canines will continue to be monitored by our medical staff under the direction of our supervising Veterinarian.
