He absolutely adores being around other dogs and enjoys going for walks. His temporary foster says he is a very sweet and loving boy who just wants comfort and companionship.<br/><br/>Oliver weighs about 30 lbs and is currently on a diet, as he was found very overweight. He’ll need continued support to help him slim down and feel his best—but he’s already doing great! Oliver is currently on medication for coughing and has a collapsing trachea.<br/><br/>Oliver is neutered, vaccinated, fully house-trained, and ready for a safe place to land.
