Flora's Story

Girls just want to have fun! Flora is just the same, all about the fun! Sweet and super playful, Flora would love to find a new home with her sister, Lona. These bonded sisters have been together since they were tiny puppies. Flora is very comfortable on a leash and loves her walks where she is friendly with other dogs and affectionate people. She also loves to run and play off leash in the fenced yard with Lona or other dogs. She is treat motivated and very smart and trainable. Flora is housetrained and crate trained. At 4 years old, Flora is a great age and still has plenty of energy for long walks and hikes and any fun adventure. Flora is a little fluffy at 53 pounds and hopes to trim down for summer. She is possibly a shepherd or Border Collie mix and has a beautiful chocolate and white coat. You can apply on line at www.hsvawl.org by completing the Adoption Application on the home page.
