Thanks to the love and dedication of her foster family, she's leaving those difficult days behind. She's gaining weight, learning what it feels like to be cared for, and discovering that life can be peaceful, comfortable, and full of love.<br/><br/>Today, this beautiful 37-pound girl is happy, affectionate, and enjoying the simple things--soft beds, regular meals, and the companionship of people and other dogs. She gets along well with other dogs and is embracing the quiet, secure life she always deserved.<br/><br/>Firecracker has spent her life putting everyone else first. Now she's looking for a forever family who will put her first.
