Wrinkles on wrinkles, a perfect little underbite, and the kind of look that will make you cancel plans just to stare at her.<br/><br/>She came from some questionable gentlemen (we won’t ask, she’s moved on), but despite not arriving in the best shape—and still needing some medical care—Fiona is a happy, thriving pup who has no idea anything is wrong. When she first arrived, she could barely manage stairs and needed to be carried like royalty. Now? She’s running, playing, and keeping up with her foster brother like a tiny bulldog athlete.<br/><br/>Fiona does have a medical journey ahead of her as she makes her way to her happily-ever-after. She has been spayed, had an umbilical hernia repair, and a soft palate resection to help her breathe more comfortably. As she continues to grow, she will also need surgery to correct luxating patellas in both of her back knees. It’s a multi-month process, but she’s already proven how resilient and determined she is—and we’re currently fundraising to support her along the way. She would love a forever family to love her through her recovery!<br/><br/>She’s treat-motivated (shocking), quiet in her crate, working on housebreaking, good with cats, and a professional napper/snuggler. Basically, she’s equal parts chaos goblin and sleepy angel. No distance exceptions due to Fiona's medical needs and pending surgeries at our vet office. Breed experience preferred. Preference will go to applicants who have another friendly dog for Fiona to bond and grow with. A vet check will be conducted for each application and a solid vet history for current and past pets will be verified. All current animals in the home must be up to date on vaccinations and preventatives prior to the vet check.
