Hello, my name is Fiona!
When I came home with my foster mom, I was scared, did not want to be touched or handled in any way but she was patient and kind and I learned that humans are my friend. She was in my face, on the floor with me, she even tried to get into my crate with me which I thought was funny because she was too big.
Now I'm understanding more about what is expected of me and to my great surprise, my foster family seems happy when I'm happy so I'm now more relaxed just playing and hanging out learning how to make them laugh.
I haven't met any children or cats yet, so unsure how I will interact with them. I don't really like other dogs, though. They scare me.
I am crate trained and still working on potty training (I am still a puppy)
I like this new unafraid me and I excited to see how my forever family will work out. I hope they are as nice as this lady is. That would make me very happy. I'm looking forward to meeting you.

From Fiona's foster mom:
Fiona has a great personality who knows how to ask for what she wants. She is smart, playful, loves her toys and is happy playing with you or alone. She is learning boundaries, is happy in her crate, and come, sit, and stay commands. She prefers to be with her human but even though she whines for a short time, she quiets down and finds a toy to keep herself entertained. She is slowly learning how to go to door so potty training is well underway. She is a happy girl and will do well with a family with older children than can handle her exuberance. Would not recommend families with younger children as she is very strong and playful.

My adoption fee of $300 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for?
