Meet Fetching Fiona-

Fiona is a beautiful shepherd mix, appx two years old and weighs in at a mere 50 lbs.

Fiona came to us as a stray from Texas with 10 babies in tow. She is now spayed,
baby free and living a good life in Rockville.

She is very shy meeting new people but warms up to the dog savvy folks that know how to engage with her.

She spends her days with her foster brother and sister playing and chasing in the yard. Fiona does better with other confident dogs in the house.

She sleeps in her doggie bed at night. She likes toys and unfortunately she is used to them being taken away by her foster siblings and she shows no aggression when this happens. She lives with cats and she ignores them.

Fiona will make a great addition to any family however, they have to understand that Fiona will need several weeks to acclimate to a new home. She requires a secure fence as she will run off if she's startled or scared. She can live with kids (over the age of 8) but they need to be dog savvy.

The perfect family would have another dog and commit to being mindful of keeping her secure while on a leash or in a fenced in yard.
