Update: she has evolved so much..warms to dogs nearly instantly..people take a minute or two.. super happy..super grateful..loving girl. Very snuggly !!<br/><br/>She is so loving and gentle and it's hard to imagine she is still with us ...she's a great girl that just wants a loving family of her own with other dogs and a fenced yard.. leash is foreign to her. <br/><br/><br/><br/>Original listing: In the 2nd week of January 2023 this squirrely girl was abandoned at the Winn-Dixie in Okeechobee..a local rescue to the county was asked to hold her while she went under a stray hold. She was posted to the county animal control website and once her stray hold was up, that local rescue wasn't able to keep her so they reached out where we stepped in. <br/><br/>We picked her up on 1.16.23 and found her to be incredibly sweet, However she was absolutely terrified and would fear piddle when she met anyone new.. she may still do that but her demeanor has changed incredibly in the 2 weeks we have had her.<br/><br/> She is great around bigger dogs, smaller dogs, even older dogs. She is gentle and playful. She is incredibly sweet and loving and very much a velcro dog. She is playful and for the most part quiet but also likes to think she is protective ..but she is submissive. <br/><br/>She must have a fenced yard abs another dog to play with..size of other dog doesn't really matter just not super fragile..she plays great with my 6# chihuahua. Also one that is not too old.
