Filly is a 9‑month‑old, 60‑lb Doberman mix who bounced into our lives after being found as a stray here in Philadelphia. She was brought to ACCT Philly by police, and we were lucky enough to transfer her into our care where her personality quickly stole everyone’s hearts.<br/><br/>To put it simply: Filly is a total clown.
