Ferris (Neutered) (In Foster to Adopt)

Ferris is a cute 2-year old male Poodle/Golden Retriever mix who was surrendered by his owner after hours on May 4, 2026.<br/><br/>Ferris has a tan/golden curly-haired coat, a long tail, and an adorable face with classic Poodle features including dark brown eyes, a small slender muzzle, and short floppy ears which are fringed with curls.<br/><br/>His owner left a brief note about Ferris which indicated that he is okay with other dogs and that he is protective of his food .. And that he is not good with children. There was no mention of how Ferris does with cats.<br/><br/>Ferris is a small boy who weighs approximately 20 lbs.<br/><br/>These first photos were taken on May 5th when HSOV Volunteer Jennie Sherrard accompanied Ferris outdoors for a bathroom break .. And the paparazzi tagged along. Ferris was quite okay with being held in Jennie's arms so that we could snap a picture of his adorable face.<br/><br/>Ferris appears to be housetrained.<br/><br/>Ferris will be neutered before being officially adopted by his new family. He could be fostered-to-adopt while he is awaiting his neuter procedure with an approved HSOV foster/adoption application.<br/><br/>Update: Ferris went home with a foster family on May 10, 2026 who plans to adopt him after he is neutered.
