Because of this, he’ll do best in a home that understands his needs and is committed to helping him learn appropriate ways to express his excitement. Fernando is looking for a stable, patient home where he can truly thrive. He needs someone who has the time and dedication to invest in consistent training, structure, and positive reinforcement.
