Mr Felix is a certified good boy! Since being rescued from a dog hoarder in late May, Felix has travelled from California to BC in search of the good life. Luckily for Felix, he’s been hanging out in a loving foster home in Coquitlam, learning all about what it means to be a member of the family.<br/><br/>Felix’s absolute favourite thing is sitting on someone’s lap and receiving all the love and affection they can offer - if he doesn’t think they’re giving him just enough scritches, he will ask for more! When he’s not sitting on your lap, Felix will be following you around, happy to go wherever you do and do whatever you like - whether that’s a long walk, or just simply snuggling up for cuddles. Felix is still coming out of his shell, but each day he learns more about what the good life is all about.<br/><br/>We think Felix would do well in a family home with kids over 8, with a couple, or individual. It will take Felix some time to adjust, especially to younger kids, but his current foster family has a 9-year-old that he loves. Felix is easily won over with treats, and will take them from just about anyone! We think Felix would do well with another dog, but he could also be the only dog in the household. Felix has met cats and shown mild interest, but no intent to chase.<br/><br/>Felix is between 1-2 years old and his adoption fee is $795. Felix has received the following medical care: health exam, neuter, dental cleaning, rabies vaccine, DHPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm prevention, flea and tick prevention.
