Fancy Silky Terrier Ocala, FL

Fancy is a beautiful purebred silky terrier. She is taking early retirement because she simply CANNOT tolerate other dogs. She is otherwise a wonderful little companion and is very social. She has been raised and kept in a loving home all of her life. In her current home, she has several girlfriends that she has decided she cannot stand. She will fight them, aggressively if given the opportunity.



Because of this, she was moved to a master suite. She shared this room with the kindest, most gentle, neutered male silky terrier you have ever met. What did she do?



She attacked him.



She also bit her dad's arm when he broke up the fight. In her defense, he stuck his arm into the fight, and she did not know who she was biting. But it's a line that was crossed and she needs a new place to call home. We completely understand and we are here to support that need. We don't want Fancy living in a home where she is clearly saying she isn't happy. And we certainly dont want anymore of her housemates (or owner) to get hurt, again.



Fancy is now a QoL doggie and she is scheduled to be spayed on Tuesday at the VOCAL Community Clinic in Ocala FL.



She is seeking immediate foster or foster to adopt placement (preferably the latter). She will make a precious friend to someone that doesn't have other dogs (Fancy doesn't really pay any mind to cats). She just needs space from other dogs. A quiet early retirement.
