Falkor American Bulldog & Pit Bull Terrier Mix Buffalo, NY

Meet Falkor! Falkor is an adoptable pittie/boxer/bulldog mix (our best guess). He is also around 8 years old. He was named after Falkor, the Luck Dragon from the Never-ending story because the resemblance is uncanny! You may notice that he has some bald spots on his feet, legs, and tail. We believe he likely had a skin condition that was not properly treated, which resulted in itchy skin and repetitive scratching. These spots are mostly scar tissue from the scratching, therefore we do not expect fur to grow back. He doesn’t seem to mind, though! He will likely need to be on life-long meds to help his skin. We currently have him on Benadryl and Apoquel.
Falkor is crate-trained and house-trained. In fact, he has never had an accident in his foster home! He also gets along with big and small dogs, and is not reactive at all to the resident cats. He takes treats very gently and walks well on a leash. He would be a lovely addition to just about any home.
