Falafel is a young Puggle mix with a sweet personality and a whole lot of potential. At about a year old, he's just beginning to discover how good life can be.<br/><br/>When Falafel arrived, he was underweight at only 12 pounds and should be closer to 16 pounds. He's now getting the care he deserves and is on his way to reaching a healthy weight. He will also be fully vetted and neutered before adoption.<br/><br/>Falafel can be a little shy when meeting new people, but give him a couple of days and his affectionate, gentle nature starts to shine through. It's clear that he didn't have many opportunities to learn about the world in his previous home, so he's looking for a patient adopter who can help build his confidence and teach him the things every young dog should know.<br/><br/>He came into rescue with his mother and brother, but we believe Falafel would thrive with the opportunity to have his own person and receive plenty of one-on-one attention. We will only be looking at applications!<br/><br/>2. Please make sure you fill out our adoption application COMPLETELY. We may not be able to respond to applications that are not completely filled out with the proper information. Side note: on our applications, the more details you provide = the better.<br/><br/>3. We prefer applicants live within 60 miles of Closter, NJ. (Applicants who live farther away may still apply. However, please note we do prioritize local applications as we try our best to serve our local community first.)<br/><br/>4. Please respect our organization, our volunteers and our process.
