Faith (Courtesy Post)'s Story

Faith is a lovely gentle girl that deserves to find her forever home.

Faith is estimated to be 9 years old, 40 lbs. She's gentle and sweet with people. She's cat-friendly and prefers mellow and polite dogs. She's looking for a calm home, soft beds, a place to sunbathe, and short leisurely walks with her people.

Her current foster says "she's such a gentle lil love. She likes the crate in our spare room and will also settle in the dog bed we have in the living room, unless she thinks we might be or sees us going into the kitchen, then shell get up and follow to see what were doing in there ."

Faith was found in the streets of Mexico, emaciated, atrophied, and at death's door. She received life-saving medical treatment and spent a long recovery in an amazing foster home, gaining strength in her hind legs and spine after a debilitating tick-borne illness. This resilient little girl is recovered in body and spirit and ready for a second chance at life.

Orange Twins Rescue and DCLA are working together to get as many eyes on her because we know her forever home is out there! To meet Faith, please fill out an adoption form on dogcoalitionla.org/adopt and follow @dogcoaltionla for updates
