Evie, Evelyn, Evelyn Jane or whatever you may decide to call her has come so far since she was carried out of the shed she called home in Amish country a few months ago. Evie was officially retired from the “production” line in 2026 and has settled in amazingly well to her new role as a “therapy dog” where she comforts people as they learn new life skills as well as they adjust to changes in their lives including losing loved ones. She is 100% lap dog and loves to travel. She coexists with other dogs and cats but can be jealous when they are seeking the same attention she is. She is pretty laid back and loud quick noises can still spook her so young children may not be ideal for her. Although a little slow to start, Evie now has a routine for pottying outside which includes going to the door once she knows what your routine and expectations are.
