Everyone welcome Etna! Etna is an 9weekold female Pug/French Bulldog mix (DNA confirmed!) whose favorite thing in the world is... being a puppy. Her days are filled with playing with her siblings, pestering her mom, tugofwar battles, and of course soaking up attention from her humans. She's energetic — naturally — but also incredibly loyal and loving. Etna adores people, including kids, and she's always ready for cuddles. After a full day of doing nothing but playing, she's happiest curled up for a good nap. Like all puppies, she'll need continued socialization and training to help her grow into the best dog she can be. Because she's a snubnosed (brachycephalic) breed, it's important to make sure she never overheats and is always kept cool and comfortable. Etna has been vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped. Fill out an Adoption Application at https://www.lolr.org We will then have a brief conversation with you to determine your needs and preferences, find out about your daily schedule, and talk about your previous experience with pets. If applicable, we'll call your veterinarian to ensure that previous pets have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and well cared for. For renters, we'll check with your landlord to ensure that dogs are permitted and that the dog that you're adopting wouldn't violate any size or breed restrictions. Lastly, we'll visit your home to see the environment where the dog will live and answer your questions. This is a great opportunity for you to get valuable input on how to integrate your new pet into your home. Adoption fees are generally between $300-$450 depending on which pup you are adopting.
