She (and Lucy) comes to us from a Pennsylvania puppy mill. Ethel is very sweet but a little shy at first. She depends on other dogs and we think she would like another gentle dog in the home. Her tail wags constantly and she has recently begun to give kisses to her foster mom. <br/><br/>Ethel will need a dental and spay.
