Meet Ethel!<br/><br/>Ethel came to us as a transfer from ACCT Philadelphia after being surrendered due to his family relocating for work <br/><br/>Due to lack of space and demand of dogs in need at the other shelter this sweet dog was at risk of euthanasia. They were transferred to our care to be given the chance to find their forever home! <br/><br/>All of our animals are fully vetted, including spay/neuter, microchipping, vaccinations, and any other necessary medical care.
