Ethal American Bulldog Mix Sharon, VT

Ethal is an approximately 5 year old female bulldog mix. She is heartworm negative. She has a lot of energy and gets very excited meeting people. She loves all people, but would be better in a home without small children due to she gets so excited she knocks them over. Her foster describes her as someone swinging a hula made of bowling balls. She has not been cat tested. She likes other dogs, but does prefer to be the alpha and can resource guard so an adopter familiar with that would be needed.

This dog is currently being fostered in Mississippi and will be transported via Barton's Barkers transport services upon adoption. Their adoption fee is $500 and includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, a nose to tail vet check, microchip and transport costs. Second Chances lists dogs as being available in White River Junction, VT because we transport our dogs to the area every 3rd week after they have been adopted. All of our local shelters have a high euthanasia rate due to overpopulation so we created our rescue group to primarily adopt to the northern states to help keep as many dogs as we can from entering our kill shelters.
