Meet Esme Rose
I am trying to take my advice from the ocean....
1. Come out of your shell!
2. Be shore of yourself!
3. Take time to coast!
At 1 year old, I have had a tough life already. Fortunately for me, I am in the loving care of Rescue One and ready to "come out of my shell"! My name is Esme Rose and I am a Great Pyrenees pup, weighing in at 45 pounds. Likely, I will grow to be a large dog after I put on some weight.
I was trapped on May 23rd because it was the only way I would survive because I didn't trust humans enough to come to them on my own. Now that I am in a foster home, everything is new to me. I am learning to potty outside, to walk on a leash and trust humans. I am skittish and timid thus my true personality has not begun to shine. But, I am a beautiful gal, with a beautiful coat. I will need a privacy fence since I am still so scared. Most importantly, I will need a loving family who is willing to be patient with me, while I become the wonderful dog I was always meant to be! I will also need an adopter who resides in the Springfield area so I am able to meet them several times to build trust with them.
The ocean has also told me..."Don't get so tied down that you miss out on the sea's beautiful waves."
My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
