Ernie's Story

SPONSORED ADOPTION FEE!!
Meet Ernie!
Ernie is a handsome 1-year-old American Bully weighing in at 55 pounds of pure sweetness. While he may be a little shy when meeting new people, don't let his reserved nature fool youonce Ernie trusts you, you'll discover a loyal, loving best friend who just wants to be by your side.
This smart boy is both kennel and potty trained, and every evening he happily trots into his kennel, ready for bedtime and his favorite bedtime biscuit. Ernie loves spending time with his foster dog siblings and thrives when he has canine friends to play with. Whether he's zooming around the yard, exploring the outdoors, or lounging with his people, he's happiest when he's part of the action.
Ernie gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes, is cat-friendly, and is gentle around children. Because he gains confidence from other dogs, he'd love a home with a friendly canine companion to show him the ropes.
An adventurous family with a fenced yard and a love for the outdoors would be Ernie's dream come true. He's still polishing his leash skills, but he has excellent recall and enjoys off-leash adventures in safe environments. Most of all, Ernie is looking for a patient family willing to give him a little time to settle in and blossom.
If you're ready to earn the trust of an incredibly special dog, Ernie is ready to fill your life with love, loyalty, and plenty of tail wags.
Prior to meeting or adopting any of our wonderful animals, we ask that you please fill out our online application: https://form.jotform.com/223268341300041

We are a 100% volunteer organization and have to work other jobs to pay the bills.
