Courtesy Posting! <br/><br/>Due to changes in our family constellation, we need to find a new home for our sweet poodle Ember.<br/><br/>Ember is a 3 year old, beautiful, affectionate, 27-pound poodle (miniature/standard mix) who loves being close to her people. She is intelligent, playful, and enjoys other dogs and people. She loves walks, playing with toys, and relaxing at home. She is happiest when she feels safe and secure. She is a loving, loyal companion. She loves to dance and show off many tricks.<br/><br/>Ember has experienced trauma and can become reactive if she is startled. Because of this, she is not a good fit for a home with children. She needs an experienced adopter who understands canine body language, will respect her boundaries, and is committed to continuing positive training.<br/><br/>Ember's ideal home is a calm, predictable adult-only household where she can be someone's beloved companion. She would thrive with people who appreciate her sweet nature, are willing to earn her trust, and can provide consistent routines and a peaceful environment.<br/><br/>This decision comes with tremendous love and heartbreak. Our family adores Ember, but with a new grandchild joining our family, we know the safest and kindest choice is to find her the home where she can truly thrive.
