Meet Ember!<br/>Three-year-old Ember has already come so far since arriving at the shelter. Staff shared that she was very fearful when she first came in, but with time, patience, and kindness, she’s blossoming into a sweet, gentle girl who truly wants to be close to her people.<br/>Ember is easy to leash and walks beautifully on leash, often relaxing as she gets out and explores the world by your side. She can be a little skittish in new situations, but her loving personality shines through as she seeks affection and enjoys spending time with her favorite humans. In the play yard she may be a bit restless at first, but she’s happiest when she’s with her person.<br/>She’s a smart girl who already knows “sit” and takes treats with the softest mouth. While she can be a little picky about snacks, hot dogs are definitely the way to her heart!<br/>Ember came to the shelter with a wound on the outside of her left ear flap, but that hasn’t dampened her sweet spirit. She’s currently paired with another dog and has shown she enjoys canine companionship.<br/>If you’re looking for a gentle, loyal companion who has already made incredible progress and is ready to keep growing in a loving home, Ember is waiting to meet you.
