Ember

Ember is a female, 13.2 lb., black and tan Dachshund. Her estimated date of birth is March 5, 2022. Ember came to ARF when her owner felt that he had too many dogs and thought she needed more attention than he could provide. She has settled into her foster home and has 3 other Dachshunds to hang out with, although she really loves to stay close to her foster Mom. One of her favorite places is to be perched on the back of the couch watching her foster Mom working at her desk. She is working on her potty training and doing quite well. She goes in her crate willingly at night and burrows under her blankets for an all night sleep. Ember is pretty quiet as far as Dachshunds go and is just a sweet little, slightly overweight gal.
