I have to tell you that I had a pretty rough start in life, but now that I'm in my foster home I'm gaining confidence and learning how to be a dog. My foster parents tell me that I'm doing great and that I learn very quickly. They're impressed at how I've progressed but I will still need someone with time and patience to continue working with me. I sleep in my crate, am potty trained, and walk well on a leash. I get along famously with my dog brother and dogs I meet at doggie daycare or the dog park. My foster parents are currently working with me on learning basic commands which I'm learning pretty quick because I will do anything for CHEESE! I've also just learned how fun it is to have a Kong toy filled with Cheerios and a snuffle mat to find treats hidden in! I have gone on many adventures with my foster parents and really enjoy hiking and exploring the forest trails. I LOVE being outside! I’m told that I’d probably also do well as someone’s running partner. I will need a playful medium to large dog in the home to help me continue to learn and enjoy all the things about being a dog, and to help me get the exercise and mental stimulation that I need. I may be a little shy when I first meet you but it's nothing personal, I was not socialized for the first 10 months of my life. I hope you'd like to meet me and make me part of your family, I'm so excited to get to do all sorts of great dog things as I grow up!<br/><br/>All our dogs require secure VISIBLE fencing. All current pets in adoptive home must be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations. We do not adopt to families with children under the age of 6. Adoption Fee: $275 All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations.
