Hi there! I'm Elmo, a handsome and fun-loving one year old pup with a heart of gold! I found my way to the shelter as a stray, but my family never came for me so I need a new home. I'm a happy-go-lucky mixed breed weighing in at a playful 40 pounds. I absolutely adore people, and my tail starts wagging the moment you say hello! My favorite things include playing with all my toys, romping around with other doggy pals and snuggling on the couch. I'm an energetic little guy, so a home with a spacious yard where I can burn off some steam (and maybe even a dog friend to chase around with!) would be ideal! I love other dogs, but I can't have kitty friends because they are too tempting ot chase. I'm a smart cookie and a quick learner and I would thrive in just about any new family.
