Elmer

Elmer is a sweet little Beagle that turned up stray and ended up in a county shelter in central Virginia. He's friendly and loves attention from new people. He did well with a much-needed bath and is looking healthy and happy again. Elmer is about 5 yrs old and a smaller Beagle at about 23 lbs. Once the phone interview is completed, we will check your vet reference as well as a personal reference and conduct a home visit.
